Mindset & Leadership Tour reaches its next region

The nationwide schools outreach continues, bringing leadership workshops and mentorship to students who would never reach a conference hall.

The VL Exposure began as a single-day gathering for young Ghanaian entrepreneurs and has grown into a three-day festival of masterclasses, exhibitions and pitch battles. Each edition has widened the circle: more schools on the tour, more booths on the expo floor, more capital in the room.

What has not changed is the premise. Talent is evenly distributed across the continent; opportunity is not. Every ticket sold and every cedi donated goes towards closing that gap — scholarships, nationwide school tours, and startup grants for founders who would otherwise never get a first cheque.
